Digital Products & Delivery
Once a digital product is purchased, it is delivered via download or email. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless an error occurred on our part.
Refunds for Physical Goods
All Physical product sales (such as books, vinyls, or merchandise) are final. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence to initiate a resolution.
Custom Services & Collaborations
All custom creative work—including beats, mixing, mastering, visuals, or collaborations—are handled on a case—by—case basis. Booking or purchasing a custom order constitutes agreement to the proposed scope and deadlines. Deposits are non—refundable.
Payment Terms
We accept all forms of valid payment. All Transactions are considered final upon confirmation. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or fraudulent claims.
User Conduct
Users must not misuse our platform, harass the creator or team, or attempt to reverse engineer/ download protected material unlawfully
Liability Disclaimer
